Stephanie is a Human Factors Engineering graduate student passionate about designing inclusive, assistive solutions that empower people from diverse backgrounds. With experience in prototyping, wireframing, UI development, data interpretation, and user research, she blends empathy with practical design to create accessible, human-centered experiences. Her academic background in psychological sciences and sociology strengthens her understanding of user needs, while her love for the beach, multilingual music, and time with her cat fuels the curiosity and openness she brings to every project.

Tess Arzu
Managing Partner - Sustainability Officer
Tess is a clean energy professional with a strong record of developing and managing renewable energy initiatives across shipping, offshore wind, and commercial real estate. She is driven by a mission to strengthen public-private partnerships and mobilize capital to address economic and environmental challenges. Her experience includes serving as Offshore Wind Project Manager at NYSERDA, as well as roles at Nuveen Green Capital, Environmental Defense Fund, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and as a DOE Scholar at the U.S. Department of Energy. Tess holds an MPA in Environmental Science & Policy from Columbia University and a bachelor’s in Environmental Science from Seton Hall University. Outside of work, she’s a music lover, political enthusiast, and frequent traveler, active in the New York Junior League and passionate about civic engagement, the arts, and expanding access for underserved communities.

Ajuince Arzu
Chief Financial Officer
Ajuince began his finance career at Pricewaterhouse and KPMG before moving into accounting and leadership roles across private and public companies. With extensive experience in entrepreneurial environments, he developed deep expertise in financial management and strategic advisory. He later served as CFO of the Xcitek Group of Companies, overseeing operations and guiding the firm through a successful acquisition—the fourth he has managed. A Pace University graduate with a BBA, Ajuince brings a strong academic foundation and a proven track record in corporate finance, acquisitions, and executive leadership, delivering a numbers-driven approach to the firm’s most critical decisions.
